Day 31 - Its raining again

40 mins run tonight, in the rain again, not very far or fast but then we were trying not to slip over in the mud in the dark....

Day 30 - Hardcore running

Once again Hazel has surpassed her previous efforts. Despite the rain she did a PR speed on a certain Segment this evening, and so I award her the title of official hardcore runner, especially for getting out in the rain!

Day 29 - A little Rusty

After suffering with the lurgy for the last couple of days, I suppose a 10 mile run was not what the doctor ordered, and indeed I certainly felt very rusty trying to keep up with Neil & Ian and the two dogs. Seems I wasnt the only thing feeling rusty, heres an old tractor we spotted on our route around Black Hill.(thanks to Neil for the picture)

Day 28 - I've looked at clouds from both sides now..

Quite impressive clouds over the heath this afternoon, and some sunshine, worth a snap i thought? Bit blurry but you cant win em all!

Day 27 - vested interest

My official running vest for Arthritis Research UK has arrived - shame its too big! I dont have the heart to send it back especially after they originally sent a cotton tshirt :-) Maybe I can alter it...

Day 26 - Coming down with something

Not much happened today except I think Im coming down with some sort of Lurgy. Sore throat and sinuses. On the Lemsip...

Day 25 - A visit

First time I've visited daughter Steph's work (at a vets), had to drop something off, this is her "oh for goodness sake Mother do you have to take my photo?" face....Sorry Steph :-)
