First time I've visited daughter Steph's work (at a vets), had to drop something off, this is her "oh for goodness sake Mother do you have to take my photo?" face....Sorry Steph :-)

Day 23 - Pea Souper

Bit of a pea souper all day today, here's a misty reflection from the river at lunchtime, the trees were quite ghostly...

Day 22 - Phew, what a view!

We're so lucky to have the Purbeck hills and the SWCP on our doorstep, you can't fail to get some amazing pictures!
Here's Jenny & Neil and the dogs heading for an Arish Mell descent and a calf killing climb up Flowers Barrow ( the hill dead ahead) on our relatively short (14km) but hilly run today.

Day 21 - Monkey feet on ice

No, not a new london show, but describing todays run. Pretty cold and lots of frozen ground and icy puddles. On the plus side my toe is mended so back in the monkey feet again :-)

Day 20 - a smidgeon of daylight

Yeeesss! what we've been waiting for - as I leave work for the day there is still a bit of light in the sky, light evenings are on their way :-)

Day 19 - technically challenged

The nice chaps at Alpkit have sent me a new battery case for my headtorch which arrived today. Just got to work out how to fit it now........
